Original Abstract

Process how to notably affect global runoff from river basin containing reservoirs (regulation units in river basin) is their effective operative control. The controlling of reservoir is realizing by manipulation rules at present. These rules for the control of a reservoir during floods issue from the proposed theoretical and historical hydrographs. We are witnesses of atypical floods occurrence as a consequence of running world climate changes in recent years. Controlling of these atypical hydrographs makes water managers great problems because these hydrographs are not included in manipulation rules.
