Original Abstract

This Article includes basic information about new nonconventional programmatic system developed for project management. This computer program is intended to be like a program tool, which can co-operate with other commercial programs. However in the first phase, this program was developed and testedtogether with Primavera Project Planner system. The philosophy goes from ideas of The SSD graph (LEE-KWANG H., Favrel J.: The SSD Graph: A Tool for Project Scheduling and Visualization. IEEE Trans. on Eng. Mana. Vol.35, No.1 (1998), pp. 25-30), applied on the present conditions and requirements in project management. The main benefits of these ideas to project management are simplification and conversion of the schedule structure of the appearance which is more lucid and we hope that is more convenient for the project managers, than by the conventional schedulers (Gantt chars). In other words, this program tool can be used like a kinf of data filter. The main interest is aimed only at the information about if the each task is just work or non work and at relationships between actual and target schedule (with using 3- and 5- valued algebra). Further, we expanded model features to include the history of the project progress states. In this program are also embedded statistical methods for detecting badly scheduled sections of the project.
