Original Abstract
Algorithms for real-time digital simulation of analog guitar audio effects and amplifiers have become very popular and they are used in many audio recording studios and musical equipment. However, real-time simulation brings two contradictory requirements, accuracy versus computational complexity, and therefore a simplification of circuit schematics must be found. A certain simplification is provided by modified blockwise method, which is shown in this paper. The method is used for simulation of a typical guitar tube preamp.
