Original Abstract

The analysis of pressures calculated in front and behind the TM for approximate model of EAC in the shape of cylinder with the widen part base shows that the EAC acoustics might contribute to understanding of increase hearing sensitivity at man in 2 kHz frequency range. The calculations support hypothesis of possible EAC contribution to in 2 - 4 kHz frequency affection in the noise induced hearing loss. Contemporary level of mathematic modeling by the finite element method enables define rather exactly the acoustic pressure level distribution in the EAC in relativity of its geometry and physical - mechanical character of terminal layers. According to the calculating it seems probable that the EAC influence the spectral composition of mechanical energy, which is transformed in to the areas of middle and inner ear.
