Original Abstract

Článek popisuje základní metody a principy pro měření a detekci alternací vlny T (TWA) v signálu EKG. Tyto alternace jsou významným ukazatelem rizika náhlé srdeční smrti. Dále se článek zaměřuje na užší popis některých algoritmů pro detekci těchto alternací a výsledky jejich testování.

English abstract

This article describes the base methods and principles for measurement and detection T wave alternance (TWA). TWA is the significant indicator of Sudden Cardiac Death. The aim of this paper is a further description of some algorithms for the TWA detection and their outputs.
