The ability to reach success is the subject of many articles, books and everyday’ considerations each of us. Paradoxically, we are much more able to define ways leading to the failures. Why? It is probably easier to say what not to do than what to do. Especially at such complex and complicate areas of human knowledge to which management belongs, too. Fortunately, by understanding what ways are wrong we indicate what ways could be right. That is not easy and exact approach, but it is really better than looking for the only one possible way and the only one correct way. If we recognise the most common mistakes of managers, we help - at least - to minimise risk of their repeating.
