Original Abstract

The term ‘system’ is used here to mean a set of mutually interconnected elements through which data transmissions are realized. The elements can be either managing or managed elements. Managing elements form the management subsystem of the whole system. In the first place, the elements must include a program through the operation of which the functions (activities) of managing elements are realized. The final result is the execution of the required operation by the managed elements.
