Original Abstract

The paper deals with less conventional method for a simulation of multiconductor transmission lines that is based on the application of two-dimensional Laplace transformation. This method is made possible as efficient procedures for the numerical inversion of Laplace transforms in two variables (2D-NILT) are available, e. g. that based on a FFT and an e–algorithm. Besides, in conjuction with the universal language Matlab the solution can effectively be algorithmized on a standard PC.
