Testování řádkovací tunelové mikroskopie: detekce povrchových plazmonových polaritonů

English abstract

The resolution of scanning tunneling optical microscope is considered. Imaging of surface plasmon polaritons with a scanning tunneling optical microscope combined with shear force feeedback is experimentally investigaed. Influence of propagating film components on the near-field optical images is also discussed.
