Original Abstract

Current-mode resistorless 2nd-order all-pass filter employing two active elements and two grounded capacitors is proposed. This filter with low-impedance current input and high-impedance current output enables setting the natural frequency and quality factor via internal transconductances of active elements. The results of SPICE simulations are compared with theoretical frequency responses.
