Original Abstract

The Zermanice concrete gravity dam on the Lucina River was built between 1952 and 1958 in extraordinarily difficult geological conditions. In the paper the results of displacement monitoring are demonstrated together with the increasing trend of leakage into the dam body. The incident in the year 2007, the investigation of the damaged waterstop and its provisional repair are described in more detail. Finally, the method and results of the multicriteria search for the optimal remedial method for waterstop repair is shown.
