Original Abstract

The bipolar pulse method for conductivity measurement of electro-chemical sensors was developed at the department of Microelectronics specially for measurement parasitic effect reduction. The method requests suitable biasing current sources, quite fast sensor polarity switching as well as signal sample&hold and following signal preprocessing.
