Original Abstract

The work is focused on monitoring of Partial Discharge in electronic circuits which work with high voltage and also with high frequency in the range of some tents of kHz. Improvement in technology of semiconductor devices makes it possible to achieve large operating voltage. This brings new requirements to structure and properties of insulation systems. Between insulated electrodes there can start the electric discharge if insulating distance is critical. Possibility of Partial Discharge measurement by method of amplitude analysis and subsequent data processing by PC is discussed.
