Original Abstract

This paper is focused on applications of the first and second Norton's transform in optimization of band-pass filters. Norton's transforms are practiced primarily in the final adjustment of filter design. An optimization procedure of filter synthesis can be based on different aspects and circuit requirements. The special design and optimization software for band-pass network was written in Borland C++ Builder 6, and that is discussed in the paper. This program allows the design of band-pass filter up to twentieth.
