Original Abstract

Annotation: Stock removal in cutting with AWJ is characterized by process of microchipping material particles by incidence of narrow water jet with higth kinetic energy on area unit and abrasive material this effect strongly multiples. The effect of jet sticking always attendances cutting proces by AWJ and it couldnt be eliminated enought. In consequence of it the material kerf could be divided into two different parts/zones - smooth zone and zone of striations. This study is concerned with specific characteristics of AWJ cutting technology and describing of processes that run during the cutting operation by using method DYVELOP.
