Original Abstract

The classical spectral method is considered as a golden standard in detection of T-wave alternans of electrocardiographic (ECG) signals. The method was modified using slid-ing window. In the presented article, we discuss the ability of modified spectral method to detect and track changes of T-wave alternans in time domain.
