Original Abstract

A new method of fabricating sensing elements of microsensors is describet. The method consists in producing nanostructures on active areas of the microsensors. Firstly, nanoporous alumina which serves as a template is created on the active areas. Then the nanopores in the template are filled with a metal by electrodeposition. After dissolving the template, highly ardered nanostructures are obtained.
