Original Abstract

The paper provides information about the on-line monitoring of components presented in chemical samples analyzed by isotachophoresis. The whole capillary transversal scanning detection system, which helps to improve the separation process of the analysis, is described. A picture from a colour line scanner is used as a source of basic information for control of separation process by regulation high voltage source. As an example of function of the sliding detection system is showed a short time separation of organic ion compounds by applied the isotachophoresis.
