Original Abstract

This paper presents reliability analysis of TMR system where Fault Detection technique is used for determination of faulty module with the aim to increase the reliability of the entire system. The paper is motivated by the attempt to calculate reliability of a turbine protection system used in products of Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery s.r.o. First, the standard TMR system is described. Then analogue TMR channel is introduced and its Markov model is presented. Finally, the analysis of the Markov model is realized. Analytical solution of the model is applied on an example.
