Original Abstract

Práce se zabývá porovnáním vlastností asfaltových směsí obsahujících hrubozrnná kameniva s vlastnostmi asfaltových směsí s nejhrubším kamenivem běžně používaným v asfaltových směsích v České republice. Se stoupajícím nedostatkem kameniva v Evropě se zvyšuje i jeho cena a přechod k využívání hrubozrnných kameniv v asfaltových směsích se zdá jako dalším logickým krokem. Před tím, než se začnou hrubší frakce kameniv v silničním stavebnictví používat, je potřeba zajistit kvalitu směsí a ověření hodnot výsledků základních zkoušek asfaltových směsí. Pro tento účel byly provedeny zkoušky, kterými jsou určení kritické teploty zkouškou nízkoteplotních vlastností s rovnoměrným řízeným poklesem teploty (TSRST), vyhodnocení modulu tuhosti a stanovení odolnosti proti trvalým deformacím.

English abstract

The paper deals with comparing the properties of asphalt mixtures with very coarse aggregates to the regularly used coarse aggregate asphalt mixtures in the Czech Republic. With rising shortage of aggregates in Europe, its price rises with it and transition to using more very coarse aggregates in asphalt mixtures seems like next logical step in the right direction. Before we can start to use coarse aggregates, we must make sure that the quality of mixtures and results of the basic tests for asphalt mixtures are adequate to today's standards. For this purpose, we have made tests such as the thermal stress restrained specimen test to set critical temperature of asphalt mixture, determination of stiffness modulus and the determination of resistance against permanent deformations.
