Při simulaci slévárenských procesů je třeba co nejpřesnějiá popsat tepelné děje ve formě. Proto se zde za jeden z nejdůležitějších parametrů považuje koeficient přestupu tepla. V práci byl studován vliv koeficientu přestupu tepla na rozložení teplotního pole při gravitačním lití do kokil při různých teplotách předehřevu formy. Pro určování koeficientu přestupu tepla bylo použito empirického manuálního inverzního modelování. Ukázala se předpokládaná patrná závislost koeficientu přestupu tepla na rozhraní mezi odlitkem a formou na předehřevu kokily.

In foundry processes simulation it is necessary to describe the thermal processes in the die as precise as possible. Therefore the interfacial heat transfer coefficients is considered to be here one of the most important parameters. In this work the influence of heat transfer coefficient on temperature field distribution in gravity die casting process was studied in dependence on various preheating of the die. For determination of the heat transfer coefficient the empirical manual inverse modeling was used. Assumed evident dependence of interfacial heat transfer coefficient between the casting and the die on preheating die temperature was observed.
