Original Abstract

Todays global markets are dominated by tough and fast-changing competition. The situation is less and less transparent, because besides organizations that quickly enter or leave the market also customers and their requirement keep changing very fast. The same applies to equipment, new technologies and products. Producers who wish to keep their competitive ability are forced to monitor constantly the market and react. At the same time they must be prepared to develop, produce, sell and provide new products and services quickly and completely.

English abstract
