Original Abstract

This paper presents Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) powered packet-oriented solution for secure communication between high-speed network gateways which provide throughput up to 100 Gpbs in each direction. To ensure data confidentiality and authenticity Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) operating in Galoise-Counter Mode (GCM) with 256 bit key length is used.
