V článku je popsáno aplikování urbanistických teoretických koncepcí a urbanistických filozofií do projektové reality. První teoretické koncepce byly vytvořeny předními urbanisty už v 19. století, objevovaly se po celé 20. století až do současnosti. Jedná se především o teoretické spisy C. Sitteho, K. Lynche, J. Jacobse, J. Gehla a L. Kriera. A právě z teorií posledních dvou jmenovaných byly do ekonomicko-urbanistické analýzy města Valašských Klobouk aplikovány stěžejní myšlenky. Projekt byl zpracován zcela nezávisle na politické reprezentaci obce, nebyl brán zřetel na majetkoprávní vztahy či sousedské vztahy, na tlaky různých zájmových či politických skupin. Cílem projektu bylo naznačit optimální rozvoj města. Celá studie byla v průběhu rozpracovanosti prezentována zástupcům města. Výsledkem prezentace studie je zapracovaní hlavních koncepčních myšlenek do změny územního plánu a také to, že se město k této studii hlásí jako ke své budoucí vizi, což dokazuje i zveřejnění této studie na webových stránkách města. Celý projekt byl podpořen Evropskou unií.

The article describes the application of urban theoretical concepts and urban philosophies to project reality. The first theoretical concepts were created by leading urban planners as early as the 19th century, and have appeared throughout the 20th century to the present day. These are mainly the theoretical writings of C. Sitte, K. Lynch, J. Jacobs, J. Gehl and L. Krier. And it was from the theories of the last two mentioned that the main ideas were applied to the economic-urban analysis of the town of Valašské Klobouky. The project was prepared completely independently of the political representation of the municipality, no account was taken of property rights or neighborly relations, the pressures of various interest or political groups. The aim of the project was to indicate the optimal development of the city. The whole study was presented to the city representatives during the development. The result of the presentation of the study is the incorporation of the main conceptual ideas into the change of the zoning plan and also the fact that the city agrees with this study as its future vision, as evidenced by the publication of this study on the city's website.The whole project was supported by the European Union.
