Original Abstract

This paper describes the term logistics service provider and their types. Authors shown the three short case studies that are oriented to KPI in practice. One of them is oriented to KPI for customer satisfaction measurement (DHL Express CZ). The other one is oriented to KPI in warehouse during the changes the processes in company. The third one is oriented to the key factors of company competitiveness related to customer service efficiency. The main aim of paper is the presentation of key performance indicator in the field of logistics service providing from the practical point of view.
