Článek popisuje nové změny v právních předpisech, které se zabývají energetickou náročností budov v roce 2020. Pozornost je věnována fenoménu budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Na praktickém příkladu popisuje způsob hodnocení energetické náročnosti pro běžnou novou budovu a pro budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie.

English abstract

The article describes new changes in legislation dealing with the energy performance of buildings in 2020. Attention is paid to the phenomenon of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Using a practical example, it describes a method of assessing the energy performance of a normal new building and a building with almost zero energy consumption.
