Original Abstract

In spite of all the possibilities of negotiation and hacking, the urban space is still a highly selective and disciplinary space. It is almost never announced in advance, but rather continuous content management, which dictates the rules of the game in the urban environment, writes Keller Easterling. Given the case study of town Veľký Krtíš we are asking, speculating and strategizing: "Can a city (or a town) ever become a fair space?"
