Computational modelling shows its potential to became an additional tool required for an atherosclerotic plaque vulnerability assesment. For better understanding af a rupture mechanism, 3D patient specific models are necessary. This study was designed to investigate an importance of a specific properties of an outer wall layers on stress-strain response.
