Original Abstract

The aim of our work is to set up and develop a general purpose state-of-the-art broadband Electron Paramagnetic Resonance spectrometer based on THz rapid frequency scans (ERC Starting Grant THz-FRaScan-EPR) that will operate at frequencies between 80 GHz to 1100 GHz, at temperatures from 1.8 K to 300 K, and at magnetic fields up to 16 T. High spectral resolution is achieved by higher magnetic fields and higher frequencies, opening options to explore spin dynamics and other phenomena not previously accessible by current technologies.
