Original Abstract

Posouzení evakuace osob je důležitou součástí bezpečnostního řešení tzv. měkkých cílů, mezi kterými mají železniční tunely a systémy metra velmi důležitou pozici. Jednou z efektivních metod tohoto posouzení je aplikace numerického modelu evakuace doplněného o model požáru. Příspěvek tento přístup demonstruje na vybraném železničním tunelu a stanici metra v kontextu Koncepce ochrany měkkých cílů 2017-2020, který v roce 2017 schválila vláda ČR v reakci na zvyšující se bezpečnostní hrozby pro tyto cíle v celé Evropě.

English abstract

Assessing evacuation process of pedestrians is an important part of the soft targets protection, where railway tunnels and metro systems have a very important position. One of the most effective methods of this assessment is the application of a numerical evacuation model coupled with a CFD fire simulation. The contribution demonstrates this approach on the selected railway tunnel and the metro station in the context of the 2017-2020 Soft Targets Protection Concept. This concept has been approved in 2017 by the Czech government in response to the increasing security threats for these targets across Europe.
