Original Abstract

This paper deals with current applied research focused on energy gain from wastewater (WW) for heating and cooling in a new multifunctional building. Energy-saving and environmental protection technologies are becoming one of the most important issues in the design and construction in EU. Energy gain from WW is often associated with piping exchangers, but there are alternative methods such as input pipes with pumping station (PS) and heat exchanger system (HES) with automatic surface cleaning and solids removal.
