Original Abstract

Lactic acid modified unsaturated polyesters from itaconic acid and various glycols (1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol) were synthesized in scope of this work. Properties of uncured resin such as viscosity, molecular weight were meassured and also structure was confirmed by 1H NMR. Thermal and mechanical properties of cured resin were identified subsequently.
