V předchozích částech seriálu jsme si představili novou direktivu EU, tzv. Směrnici NIS a změny v definicích a povinných subjektech, které tato směrnice promítá do návrhu novely zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti. Dále jsme se zaměřili na povinnosti regulovaných subjektů. Závěrečná část série článků se zabývá především procesem určování provozovatelů základních služeb a rolí agentury ENISA, kterou předepisuje Směrnice NIS.

In the previous sections of the series, we introduced a new EU Directive (NIS Directive) and changes in definitions and mandatory entities that this directive translates into a draft amendment to the Cyber Security Act. We also focused on the duties of regulated entities. The final part of the series of articles focuses in particular on the process of identifying essential service providers and the roles of ENISA as set out in the NIS Directive.
