Original Abstract

Breathing (pulmonary ventilation) is one of the physiological needs for humans. These physical requirements that are essential for human survival must be met, otherwise the human body cannot function properly and will ultimately fail. An unhealthy lifestyle, continuous and immediate stress and rushing throughout our daily lives are witnessed (among other symptoms) by incorrect breathing habits. Although it is usually not fatal, in conjunction with other disorders, it can lead to serious respiratory diseases [1]. More than 150 chronic diseases are contributed to, or directly caused, by incorrect breathing [2]. For instance, shortness of breath and wheezing may occur for patients with heart diseases after any thoracic or abdominal surgery. Another example; bad breathing habits may complicate health conditions of otherwise completely healthy person as it is often linked, e.g., with headaches or may even lead to mental diseases.
