Original Abstract

The miniature electrochemical sensors can be produced by thick film technology. The technology optimization of thick film sensors and the adjustment of optimal technological properties are main problems of sensor design. This paper is focus on a behavior and properties of Thick Film (TFT) platinum electrodes for thick film chemical sensors. Measurement was practiced on Analytical Electrochemical Workstations AEW2-10.
