Original Abstract

The paper presents a part of results of a qualitative study carried out in the pilot phase of the GA CR project 402/02/0114 "Organizational Culture of Czech Companies". The aim of the pilot study was to indetify the main categories of work values that are a part of the organizational culture of Czech companies.The qualitative method of unfinished sentences was used, the respondents answers were classified and categorized.
