Original Abstract

The paper presents some of the results of the empirical research carried out as a part of the research project "Role of corporate culture in strategic management of Czech firms" (J 22/98 265 100018) at the Faculty of Business and Management of Brno University of Technology. The findings from the project can be used in the research into corporate culture, in the work of consultancy companies as well as in everyday practical work of managers.
