Original Abstract

We present implementation of a pilot bidirectional line IPE-VUGKT for precise time transmission. Directional nonreciprocities are evaluated together with uncertainties. Emphasis is given to the evaluation of the Sagnac effect. Our approach improves significantly the uncertainty.
