Original Abstract

This article is focused on dependence of a small induction machine electromagnetic losses on load. Joule losses in stator and rotor and core losses are measured and computed by finite elements method in six points with different load. Model for the finite elements method simulations considers impact of manufacturing process such as impact of cutting on properties of sheets or riveting of stator. Results of the simulations are compared with results of laboratory measurement. Measurement of real machine and losses separation are done according to the current European standard.
