Original Abstract

Measuring systems controllable by suitable software are referred to as automated measuring systems. Software environment used in this particular application of automated measuring system is Agilent VEE Pro 9.2. This software allows connecting of individual measuring devices (voltage source, current source, impedance analyzer, network analyzer, multimeter, etc.) using general purpose interface bus GPIB, for instance. The proposed automated measuring system is capable to measure AC impedances of current amplifiers, i.e. of current inputs and current outputs terminals and is finetuned for Digitally Adjustable Current Amplifier (DACA). The proposed measuring system can be easily adapted also for measurement of the impedance of individual inputs and outputs terminals of another active element.
