There are a lot of enterprises, strong competition and dynamic market conditions in the leisure-fashion industry. Currently this industry is in stagnation, the production is moving from the area of Asia and China and consumption of products from own domestic production is growing. This paper is focused on analyzing the company RUTEX TRADE Ltd and determining its success factors. To determine the critical success factors there was used analytical technique of McKinsey 7 S.
