Original Abstract

Analysis of EEG connectivity in deep brain structures is a complex issue and can be performed using different methods. We are presenting a method using a time evaluation of the correlation along with comparison of power levels and their evolution in time as a reaction to visual cognitive stimulation. Method benefits from relatively simple mechanism of correlation calculation, which can be very effective on data from intracerebral measurement. Analyzed data were recorded from depth electrodes, located within different brain structures. Any pathological areas were omitted from connectivity analysis.
