Original Abstract

This paper focuses on the overall design methodology quality restoration and revitalization of buildings with regard to their structure, function, age and future use. The paper highlights the serious fundamental flaws, which commits the entire process from design to implementation builder, designer and building contractor. The task of building offices in the process. The proposal recommended and certified materials and procedures for the renewal and revitalization of buildings with a maximum value, durability, security, recovery and quality environment inside the building restriction invasive interventions in the original designs.
