Original Abstract

Pulse compression methods are very effective for recovering tested system Impulse response. The length of perturbation signal is intentionally chosen to be much longer than the expected Impluse Response. The most important information is generally located at the begging of IR, the rest is polluted with noise and results of nonlinear system behavior. Therefore, using a Force Window only the meaningful part is salvaged.
