Original Abstract

The indoor environment is defined by a number of factors. Especially in the construction of residential and public buildings the attention is focused on the incidence of carbon dioxide and monitoring its impact on health and optimum formation of inner microclimate. This is important in buildings with claddings of a high tightness. Especially in buildings which are totally devoid of continuous and energetically favourable way of ventilation. However this does not concern low-energy and passive buildings. In such buildings these factors are taken into account both in design and in construction. The paper focuses on the knowledge gained in residential buildings and schools.
