Original Abstract

The aim of this paper is briefly introduced the suitable model of a selected information subsystem and generated knowledge in the spatial hierarchically defined real environment. This dynamic system is interpreted by the author as a complex multi-layer cybernetic system which is organized spatially with defined relations between the set of the controlling and the controlled cybernetic subsystem in the identified environment of recognizable knowledge. Partial research results support the course of the research and in terms of the modular creation of cybernetic system suitable for spatial arrangement of the information and communication technologies (ICT) modelling in the new economy cyberspace with the aim to create modules and arrange them based on the real needs by modelling the environment (stable and optimum processing of information and getting relevant knowledge with respect to the tasks in the database systems, which are suitably arranged so that the acquired information and knowledge acquired through the dynamic model filtering create an adequate and flexible training set for future cybernetic systems creation using the options of artificial intelligence (relevant multi-layer neuron field defined by levels). The modelling supports the controlled technological progress in the new economy field as defined in various papers on economic development in the world.
