Original Abstract

The aim of work was to evaluate the influence of PEG 6000 concentration on DNA viscosity and adsorption capacity of hydrophilic magneticnon-porous microspheres P(HEMA-co-GMA) coated with carboxyl groups. More pronounced DNA adsorption was achieved at critical and higher PEG 6000 concentrations.
