Original Abstract

In this work possibilities of encapsulation of probiotic bacteria were tested. Materials tested for particles preparation were alginate, chitosan, starch, pullulan and mixtures of some next polysaccharides. Viability of microorganisms was determined using flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
