Original Abstract

The article briefly describes modelling of a complex real dynamic system for new needs of modelling of cybernetic interface for social-technical environment with the aim to effectively distribute modelling results between corresponding designs of new forms of social education and designs of smart technologies of ICT. We prefer systemic use of the standard mathematical apparatus (systems of differential equations - solved schematically by analogue blocks derived from physical options of standard electrical technology - theory of circuits and their block diagram expression) and solutions of these models (block diagrams) in quick digital computers (with the currently developed software background) with the aim to improve parallel solutions of the optimum characteristics especially of the educational process in the electronic environment. The purpose is to newly formulate systemic expression of dynamic processes in new economics and streamline the social-technical environment for information society in the area of electronic education of the social sphere.
