Original Abstract
The aim of this work is to introduce a new multispectral Italian Visible Thermal Emotion (I.Vi.T.E.) Database. The main characteristics of this database are: 40 users, 4+1 emotions (sadness, disgust, happiness and fear, as well as neutral portions between emotions and relaxation at the end of acquisition) and a simultaneous acquisition in visible and thermal spectrum. The work also provides some preliminary results related to the recognition of particular emotions.
